Maurice Robinson Sport 2016-2018
Founded in 1947, Maurice Robinson Sport is one of the leading racket sports specialists in the UK. Based in King's Heath, Birmingham, the shop is also one of the oldest, independent racket sports retailers in the country.
In 2016, Rachel attended a National Training Camp, hosted by the University of Worcester Performance Centre – sponsored by Maurice Robinson Sport. During the camp, Rachel was introduced to the company owner, Wendy, and instantly hit it off, relating to Wendy and her dedication to her family-owned, independent business. After speaking to Wendy about her journey, Rachel was offered a sponsorship contract from Maurice Robinson Sport for the supply of Yonex equipment and clothing. Eight years after Rachel’s international debut, this was Rachel’s very first contract for badminton equipment.
Although Rachel is no longer formally sponsored by Maurice Robinson Sport, Rachel continues to wear the company logo on her kit to show her gratitude to the company that has shown (and continues to show) her so much support during pivotal years in Rachel’s career. Rachel is still very close with Wendy and the business and will help support them during their events.

Crosby Chiropractic & City Chiropractic 2014-Present
Founded by local chiropractor, Rebecca, in 2014, Crosby Chiropractic provides experienced and effective treatment for back and neck pain, sciatica and sports injuries with professional, award-winning Chiropractors and Sports Therapists. Expanding the business in 2019, sister company, City Chiropractic, was opened in Liverpool City Centre.
Rachel has known Rebecca since the very early years of Rachel’s badminton life. Rebecca’s father, John, was Rachel’s very first badminton coach, teaching and guiding her, laying the foundations of Rachel’s game during those first years of her career. Rebecca, a former England National Badminton Player, has supported Rachel throughout her career and after opening her first clinic, was keen to support Rachel by offering her treatments from both Crosby and City sites.
During the 2015 BWF Para-Badminton World Championships in Stoke Mandeville, Rebecca was selected as the Team England Chiropractor for the event following Rachel's recommendation. With Rebecca's experience in sports injury prevention and as a former badminton player, Rebecca could deliver expert advice and treatments.
